The Burbank Republican Party offers free, friendly help with the filing process — the paperwork with the Los Angeles County Registrar’s office, the nominating signatures, and the deadlines that trip people up. Emilio Martinez, the Republican Committee representative for California Assembly District 44, has volunteered to walk candidates through every step.
